Specialise in 18-30 something tours. They were recommended to me through friends and pre-sabbatical I travelled with them for the first time when climbing Kilimanjaro. So far I can't recommend them highly enough.

Small group tours. I booked my Antarctica trip through them instead of G Adventures, as it was a significant amount cheaper even though it was the same trip!
TIP - Make sure to shop around with tours as you might be able to get the same tour cheaper on another similar website!
